How we handle your photos & data
1. Photo Ownership
All photos taken during the event remain the property of the host and the individual guests who took them. NightRoll does not claim ownership or rights over any user-uploaded content.
2. Data Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or trade your guest data or photos. Uploaded photos are stored securely using Supabase Storage and are only accessible to authorized participants of the corresponding event.
3. Content Moderation
Hosts are responsible for moderating content within their events. NightRoll reserves the right to remove content that violates our global community guidelines or local laws.
4. Account Termination
Signed-in hosts can request event or account deletion from Your data. The public account deletion guide works without the mobile app. Our team currently processes these requests manually and shows their status in the app. A request does not immediately remove content. Once processing finishes, the live event records and stored media are removed; copies guests saved to their devices and time-limited backups are outside the live deletion.
